MOULD FOR DOUBLE-T.
The double T. element is a cover that rests on linear or with double slope beams. The double T. elements with heights up to 300 mm. (low load capacity) are used for roofing, while those with heights up to 1.20 m. (high load capacity) are used as floors.
The production takes place in the direction of positioning, with a central stopper and lateral sides. Based on customer requests the mould can be fixed or adjustable.
Opening and closing of the sides: hydraulic.
Fixing of the sides: mechanical/hydraulic.
Height and width of the stalk: adjustable with hydraulic system.
Upper fin width: adjustable with hydraulic/mechanical system.
The mould is self-reacting to the pre-tension of cables.
Variable and adjustable.
We provide all the equipment necessary and required for the pre-compression system and pre-tension of the cables.
